Shared spaces
Cowork space
On the first floor there's the community kitchen. The main meeting spot where you can have your daily chats and coffee breaks. During the day it serves as a co-workspace. In the evenings residents can come together to cook and share dinner.
Cochill space
On the second floor we created a 'Moroccan vibe' chill room. Perfect for yoga sessions, meditation, and other kinds of mind-body work. Also, there's a beamer and a kitchen to make popcorn, so movie nights in the coziest spot of the building, CHECK!
Rooftop terrace
This is beyond crazy! On the upper floor, we’ve built a rooftop terrace with a full view over the National Park. The perfect spot to unwind with friends & enjoy the last rays of the evening sun.
Garden
Spending time in nature is one of the most essential needs for our well-being. That's why Coaliving has a 5000m² garden with a field of wildflowers, room for a vegetable garden, a fire pit, and an outdoor gym. And if that isn't crazy enough, we’re located right next to the National Park Hoge Kempen.
Extra benefits
Laundromat
To contribute to our vision of being a sharing economy, we installed a laundromat on the ground floor equipped with 3 washing machines and 1 drier.
(This is a paying service and works with coins)
Private parking & Bicycle shed
No need to worry about your car or bike since there's a private parking and a bicycle shed on our property. Our domain is fully fenced and can be closed off from the street.
Elevator
You can always choose to train your biceps over using the elevator when you need to get your groceries to the first, second, or upper floor. Stairs might keep you young, but elevators are just easier, so go for it! The elevator is located in the hallway of the main entrance.
